My husband and I stayed for 2 months and everything was wonderful! Attention had been paid to every detail from decor to supplies and cleanliness. Parking was right outside the door and unit was steps from 2 pools. We had problems with another unit we rented in a different phase last year so we’re a little concerned over what we find but there was no need to be - everything was perfect! Ron was a pleasure to deal with and we hope to rent the unit again - it definitely felt like a comfortable home away from home.

We continue to enjoy the Palm Springs area and find so much to do and see, including great hikes, terrific restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

Why they chose this property

We chose our Mesquite condo as a central and easily accessible desert home that is close to all that the desert has to offer.
Although we miss the golf course, the new Prescott reserve will delight many as it shapes up to be a great open space for walking, biking and hiking to see the natural beauty that the desert has to offer.
Our Mesquite condo in the gated Phase 4 of Mesquite Country Club Condos is in a great location to downtown Palm Springs and easy access to highway 111 and all the desert communities. Great biking and hiking trails that are so close offer loads of outdoor activity and fun!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is ideally located downstairs--offering a large patio that opens to a beautiful greenbelt providing direct access to two pools and spas.
We recently been remodeled and upgraded our spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo to offer an all new kitchen, bathroom upgrades, upgraded furniture and more--all making for a very comfortable place to call home during your Palm Springs vacation get-away!
