Our stay was terrific, our Host was readily available, check-in was a breeze. Plenty of comfortable seating in the family room, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of coffee, dishes and silverware for our 6 people. The back yard was lovely with comfortable seating, plenty of plush fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Only downside was we couldn’t get the TV remote to work but it forced us to figure out how to use our phone as a remote! Liked the location, this place is a value for the money.

We had a great stay. House was very clean, and had all the necessities for a weekend away. We have stayed here before and will definitely return. Having garage access was great! House has plenty of space to enjoy time with the whole family.

Beautiful, spacious home with a great backyard! The host was very communicative. The cleanliness of the floors and the garage trash bin being full was a bit of a disappointment upon arrival. Also, we had a few minor maintenance issues (remotes, smoke detector) that were not expected. We were able to find a tall ladder and batteries so replacing the smoke detector battery was easy. The remote issue was solved by downloading the Roku App on our phone but didn'tfigure that out right away. With improved cleaning of the floors, this place is great. Nothing else was obviously dirty.

Prescott Rodeo/ 4th of July stay

The house was perfect and cozy wherever we were. Lots of space to spread out but big cozy couch for movies or hanging out. Big backyard for our dog to run around even a dog door in the master bed room.

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. The only thing we wish we had were curtains on the master bedroom windows (in addition to the blinks) to better block out the early morning sun. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
