Daniel, a good stay in Steamboat is exactly what a mountain getaway should deliver, and it is nice to know the place did its job. The door is open whenever the mountain calls you back.
Prime location really added to our experience in Steamboat Springs, and decor is beautiful. We enjoyed the luxurious linens and sitting out on the patio. Hosts were communicative and professional.
We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. I liked the decor and sitting outside for our morning coffee. The location was very convenientconveconvenient
The location was exactly what I hoped for—close to the resort and close to town but just a little secluded. Still easy to get to!The amenities were good. The bedroom mattress was super soft, so less good (but that’s strictly personal preference!). A couple super minor things like burned out and missing lightbulbs. Host was immediately available, check-in/out was super easy. Would recommend! Thank you!

Room is pretty tired. Needs updating. Decorations were nice. Mildew growing on bathroom ceiling. Overdue for paint.
In town for a relatively short stay. It happened that the location was really perfect for what our needs were. We drove west from Ma so it was perfect land at the property and relax, so unlike a hotel which is exactly what I was after. The communication was amazing which took so much unneeded stress away which is such a bonus when moving around a new area. Our son is in the area for a bit so we’ll be back! Thanks for everything!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Missing light bulbs, mold in bathroom ceiling fixtures, dead bugs stuck to the ceilings.
Check in was easy, location of apartment was good. A few major things need serious updating to be a 5 star. Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night. I appreciate the trendy decor but it would be more pertinent to focus on the essentials.
First impressions were not great as there was construction going on in the hallway to the condo (not the owners fault), but after imagining the wall repaired, it is actually quite nice. Furnishings were very nice and the unit was very clean. It was our fault that we didn't check if there was air conditioning. Opening the windows worked well, except this unit does face the road so there was some road noise, though not constant. Overall, I think it was fair for how it was priced.
The building upon entrance is no interpretation of the actual unit. The unit is stunning! Great space and decor. The only issue was we waited an hour to get to the slopes because the description said there was a shuttle stop located across the street but there wasnt. When I contacted the management company, they had no idea where to direct me to a shuttle. I finally googled the Steamboat free shuttle and figured out there is an app for the yellow route, but it only takes you to a shuttle stop to get you to the ski resort. About a 30 min situation after waiting 30 min in the cold doing my own research. All in all, great stay!
place was great, owner great, good value, nice on the inside. The middle rating is neighbors across the street on the first cul-de-sac down the hill do not like visitors. Two nasty altercations with two different people in a 3 days stay and both total surprises, did not see it coming. Feel free to have the owner reach out and I can give you added info. I suspect the HOA for the building may have had runs in with these two individuals.
