Bridgewater is an oceanfront condominium complex, located in the gated community of Litchfield By The Sea.

Bridgewater 528 is a large and comfortable two bedroom, top floor, end unit, with wireless internet, smoke free, and recently updated. Situated on beautiful Litchfield Beach, Bridgewater faces the ocean and provides private access to the beach. Bridgewater features include: outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river and Jacuzzi. From Bridgewater, you have access to the ocean, bike and jogging trails, tennis courts, and multiple golf courses.

This unit has just been renovated with new floors, furniture and beds. Top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit with fabulous views of ocean, beach and pool from balcony. Bed sizes: 1 king, 2 doubles, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include: 3 Flat screen cable TV's (Plasma in Living Room), wireless internet, DVD, VCR, dishwasher, microwave, granite kitchen counter tops, washer/dryer, and zone AC/heat. No Smoking. All Linens Included Capacity: 8

During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) we prefer 7 night minimum stay with Saturday to Saturday stays!
