This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 car garage home was professionally decorated with comfort in mind. Outdoor- screened porch, outdoor dining for 6 persons with bbq grill, overlooking serene canal. Large dock and boat cut out for easy access to keep jet skis, kayaks and boats. Indoor living- flatscreen tv’s in each bedroom and living room. Open split floor-plan with dining for 6 people. Master suite has private in suite bath with walk-in shower. Kitchen- fully equipped, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kerig coffee maker, toaster and basic cooking supplies. General- Free wifi, towels, linens, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, and keyless entry. Driveway-4/5 vehicles plus boat/trailer. 90 day minimum stay, per city guidelines. Lease can be broken without penalty or cancellation fee.
