Stunning Corner lot Canal Front home. This home is at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy 150 feet of new Seawall. Watch the Manatee and dolphins daily along with the resident Bald Eagle.

This unit is fully furnished there are 3 Smart TV's

This home will has 1 King, 1 queen and two twins

For your convenience, we also provide free cable, wireless Internet, We have a high-efficiency washer and dryer available for you to use. Linens and towels are provided for your use.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender :0), Coffee maker that can make 12 cups or Kcup

We only allow 1 boat docked at property. There is space for 1 truck and trailer along with 2 cars in driveway. No parking in Grass or street is allowed. We have a 6 guest limit! That count includes children.

The unit will have 1 paper towel rolls, some napkins & 2 TP per bathroom for your use. Plenty of spices in cabinet along with salt and pepper.

This stunning waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. There is a floating dock, fresh water to rinse your boat. The back yard features extensive decks with seating to enjoy the beauty of the river and wildlife. The screened in private patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating. The screened patio run 33 feet along the back of the house The property is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.

Crystal River has activities for the whole family, Biking , Hiking, fishing, Kayaking. Wildlife viewing.

There are 2 Kayaks, 1 paddleboard, 1 Three person canoe and 3 bicycles for your use.

Crystal River offers has one of the best scalloping in Florida.

During the summer. You can catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for manatees and dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deep-water grouper fishing.

Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a lifetime here!

Love this location. This is our second time at this property. The kids all love fishing off the sea wall for catfish and small snapper and you can park your rented pontoon right off their dock. We spent time canoeing and kayaking the creeks and saw plenty of manatees. The home is always clean and well stocked. Would recommend and would stay again!

Very comfortable house on the water!

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed for almost a week and swam, boated, and relaxed. The house has all the amenities and a well-appointed kitchen. The area is great with lots of wildlife and walking and boating opportunities.

Girls Trip to Swim with the Manatees

We had an amazing time in Crystal River! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. There was a lovely screened in porch just perfect for morning coffee and dock area where we could see crabs and fish. Very close to great restaurants and our tour guides for snorkeling with manatees. Simply wonderful!

Perfect location for local activities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had every amenity we needed plus more. The location was quiet and easily accessible. We used the bikes as often as the weather allowed and walked the trails at Crystal River Preserve State Park many times. This was our first time using VRBO and appreciated the positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway !

The property was exactly as listed, we use Vrbo 6 to 7 times a year for the past 5 years and this one was by far the best stocked, any pot and pan, tissue, blankets down to q-tips, ziplock bags and tinfoil. Tina was always available and very quick to respond. We’ll definitely be returning !

You will love the wildlife!

We saw manatee every day! Also saw an occasional alligator here and there! Tina and Jon are great hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best possible. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

Lovely house and property

Myself and 3 girlfriends came to this area to paddle/kayak. We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Property was just as described and Tina was a wonderful host/manager. Great communication and helpful with all aspects of checking in/out. The screened porch with comfy chairs overlooking the canal was the highlight for me!!! Would definitely stay here again!
