We had a great stay overall. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. TV service was quite sporadic and def could have been better, but we managed. Had a slight issue with code not working at check in, but staff handled it quickly and efficiently. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Sandy Shores Retreat. The condo was spacious and clean and exactly as represented in the photos. We used one of the bicycles provided, and it was very nice. I so enjoyed the outdoor patio area in the mornings and evenings. The location is great. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros - Cleanliness of condo, responsiveness of property manager, comfortable bed, convenient location.Cons - No place to put any belongings. No dresser in either bedroom (only beds and nightstands) and zero hangers in the big closets. You cannot unpack anything!

The condo was a little run down and the back patio area was very dirty, with patio furniture very worn out. We did not go out back. Yard area was gross. The front entry way had lots of overgrown ant hills. If you bring a pet, the floors are very slippery! The loc

Cockroach

Our trip was cut short 2 days due to waking up to a large cockroach crawling on a bedside table. We notified the company at 9:30 AM. They replied around 5-6:00 PM. However, since we had not heard back all day, we left at 3:00 PM. There wasn’t any correspondence about coming to resolve the issue. It was only brought up as a suggestion after us asking for a refund for the 2 nights we would miss and long after we had left. They shrugged it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. Our biggest concern was the potential nightmare of them hitching a ride back home with us. Roaches are harmful to health, almost impossible to get rid of, and can become a costly issue to deal with.
