Just a short stroll from Cape Harbour marina, dining, and shopping in highly sought-after SW Cape Coral. Enjoy BBQs and lounging on the large patio under the Florida sun. With fishing, boating, sightseeing, and excellent walking and biking areas nearby, your vacation promises endless adventures and relaxation.

The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests for the stay as the other side is a full time tenant that does not use the pool while guests are staying.

In unit full size Washer / Dryer located in kitchen utility closet.
