Heating pool with screen enclosures in backyard makes the area mosquito and insects free at sunset time. 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches like Boca Grande, Placida, Manasota Key, Englewood and sarasota. Close to lots of restaurants and big shopping centers like Murdock at Port Charlotte. Amenities like golf courses, bike and jogging trails, playground, navigable channel, etc are available inside neighborhoods. Specially designed for big families or big groups of friends that wanted to enjoy a beach style vacations in a modern house.
