Step inside and enjoy your designer kitchen with gorgeous glass tile, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances and bar seating for three as the central hub of the vacation.

Directly across is the living room with all new designer furnishings, a large mounted flat screen smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for two. The dining area has a gorgeous chandelier and comfortably seats six with access to the outdoor balcony. The outdoor balcony has bar seating for four, the prime location for an evening glass of wine to catch the most spectacular sunsets and gulf views from your private balcony. And you can even listen to a Seaside Amphitheater concert from your balcony! There is a convenient half bath off the common living areas and a full-size stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

Climb the stairs to the second floor that features three bedrooms. The first is an elegant king master suite with vaulted ceilings and more deluxe gulf views from a bay window! The king has dual custom built in closets and cabinets as well as a large mounted flat screen TV. The private marble bath has a single vanity, lighted mirror, and glass enclosed marble bathroom with a large rain shower head.

Down the hall is the second bedroom a custom built in twin bunk with access to it’s own private balcony. This surprise balcony has bar seating for two and the most incredible views of Coleman pavilion and the Gulf! There is a shared hall full bathroom with marble single vanity, lighted mirror, and a glass enclosed marble tub & shower combo. The third bedroom down the hall is a queen bedroom with a custom built in closet and its own private balcony!
