Obi, our King Charles Cavalier says, "this is a perfect place to sit and enjoy your quiet evenings or early morning coffee." It has chic modern style with that Santa Fe touch and has all the comforts of home with an open feel floor plan. This is the perfect week-end getaway spot. Great size for a family of four, a couple, or just a couple of friends visiting Santa Fe! 1/2 mile walk to The Railyard, 1 mile walk to The Plaza!

About The Space
The living room is a great place to curl up and watch tv on a large flat screen, with lots of cable channels, or to read a book with a cozy blanket. In the front entryway there is a home device to play music at your command, and is a great space to leave your coat, shoes, or other (ski) goodies all year round. Past the living room is a dining table with leather covered bench cushions, beautiful art, and a stand-alone bar, for pre-drinks before heading out. It connects to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances on one side, and a door leading directly to the grill for convenience when you want to BBQ.

On the other side of the living room are two bedrooms and a bathroom in between. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. Both have white linens and lots of natural light from the windows, which makes the space clean, inviting, and fresh. The larger bedroom has a nice size closet, with ironing board, and each bedroom has bedside lamps with USB ports for convenient cell phone charging. Window covers offer total blackout options. The master bedroom is closer to the main road, but the Adobe walls, and the patio being in between, offer very effective sound proofing. For those extremely light sleepers, that are effected by any noise at all, I provide ear plugs, and a high-end white noise machine.

This Adobe House is in the best location, just 1/2 mile from The Railyard District and close to best restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, Farmer and Artisan Markets, and entertainment. In fact, there is a liquor store at the end of the same block, and a fantastic local restaurant called “The Tune Up Café” walking distance. It is open until 10pm (later by Santa Fe standards) and they take pets on the patio, have great drinks, deserts, breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and all at an affordable price. It is favored among locals and tourist alike!

This is a perfect unit to book for a weekend getaway or to make your regular rental spot here in Santa Fe. Great location and lots of amenities! Book Today!

The Vrbo cottage was adorable and super clean with many amenities. The only drawback was the traffic noise. But it was located close to shopping and restaurants.

We loved our stay here--the beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well apportioned, the home feels cozy but is quite spacious and quiet inside. Easy walking to the Railyard District, the Plaza, and the Acequia trail system (great for dogs!). Erica was fantastic at communicating with us both before and during our visit, and most accommodating with all our requests.

Super Fun Stay At Obi's Adobe!

We had an amazing stay at Obi's Adobe. From the booking to checkout everything was easy! It is close to all of the great amenities that Santa Fe has to offer. The house is very comfy and cozy. It is also very safe with cameras on the entries and a smart home design with a security system. The owner is very nice and has some great suggestions on things to do around the area.

Cute Place and the Dogs Loved It

This house was perfect for us. We were on a cross country trip with two dogs. We needed a cute and comfortable place that allowed dogs. The house was setup wonderfully for the pups. Fenced in yard and dog accessories at the ready! Erica was also very helpful and communicated property details beautifully. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the great house and lovely Santa Fe!

We discovered a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe!

The house is exactly as advertised, and it was so nice for my husband and me to come back to it every afternoon after we spent the day visiting museums and galleries in Santa Fe. We were traveling with our two Shelties, and the small, private courtyard allowed us to leave the dogs out while we were away, saving us trips back during the day to let them out. There were also dog dishes and toys provided!The house is very clean and well-maintained, decorated with beautiful artwork and furnishings. All the amenities we needed for our 4-day stay were provided. Our host, Erica, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had questions.The only reason that I gave the Location and Neighborhood a 4-star rating is that the house sits directly on a busy street, and it's a bit tricky to enter and exit the driveway until you get used to it. We were concerned that the traffic would be noisy, but we used the back bedroom and it was very quiet.Overall, we loved the place and would stay there again. I hIghly recommend the property and the host!
