A luxurious 950 square foot retreat that offers comfort and tranquility. Situated near the Santa Fe Plaza, Opera, museums, dining, and shopping. The completely renovated condo offers Native American and Spanish elements such as warm sun-washed colors reflecting the Southwestern style. Exposed beams, leather furniture, bright woven textiles, and wood tile floors give a warm atmosphere with a rugged elegance. The rainfall shower will be your favorite place to unwind after shopping on the plaza. The natural slate and turquoise stone gives the feeling of bathing in nature. Enjoy cozy evenings by the kiva fireplace which has electric logs that provide heat and ambience before retiring to one of the two charming bedrooms which includes therapeutic queen size memory-foam mattresses and flat screen televisions. Awake refreshed and enjoy your morning beverage on the private balcony.

The condo was clean, quiet and quite lovely. It was conveniently located to Santa Fe and just blocks off the main highway we took to go to Taos. A beautiful scenic drive. I would highly recommend this condo for any long stay in Santa Fe.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The condo was well located. It had a well-stocked kitchen and was very clean. We were disappointed not to be able to use the fireplace. In the second bedroom the plugs sparked. Some worked some didnt.

Perfect stay in Santa Fe. The condo is so comfortable and convenient, close to everything we wanted to do. It was exceptionally clean, we slept well on very comfortable beds, enjoyed the lovely deck. Carol was so accommodating and quick to communicate. A family member forgot a necklace he had bought as a gift, and Carol mailed it to us. Carol and her condo get our highest recommendation for your trip to Santa Fe!

We came to Santa Fe for Thanksgiving and could not have been happier with this home. Exactly like it is pictured. It had everything we needed for the week. Fully stocked kitchen so cooking was a breeze. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, just like being at our own home. Great location, close to everything. Carol and Chris could not have been nicer. Easy to get in touch with. We had some trouble with the tv and they responded right away so it was not a problem. Highly recommend this property and the owners. You can’t go wrong if you stay here.

Our experience at the condo couldn’t have been better! The location was very central, although we did have to drive to different excursions, and the condo was lovely and so well appointed! It was a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. It is even prettier in person and felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return!

Great property in excellent location

This property was even better than advertised, per my adult children, who stayed there. It is not far from Santa Fe's central plaza and quite close to DeVargas Center, which is handy for grocery shopping.

We currently live in Earlysville, Virginia and have been travelling to New Mexico since the 1980s timeframe. We had a strong desire to own property in the Santa Fe area and found this location to be very desirable.

Why they chose this property

The first time we visited New Mexico in the late 1980s, we fell in love with the beauty of the southwest, the climate, and the New Mexican cuisine. We also enjoy being outdoors and this state offers many activities such as hiking, skiing, fishing, birding, and opera. There are also many scenic drives throughout this state that offer magnificent landscape and mountain views. There is a reason this state is known as the "Land of Enchantment."

What makes this property unique

This property was a fixer upper and has been beautifully renovated. It is an end unit with large windows that provide lots of southwestern sunshine. There are mountain views and it is located within a 5 minute drive to the downtown Santa Fe Plaza, where there are many fabulous stores and restaurants.
