Its a new property about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown, but that was no problem for us. A pleasant and well appointed property that was ideal for a wedding party of five. Luis and Evelyn are very responsive hosts!

Great stay driving through. 10 minutes from Meow Wolf and many food establishments. Would stay again. Arrived late as we were driving from Las Vegas NV. Host was very responsive even at night!

Luis was an excellent communicator and available to answer questions. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the variety of soaps and lotions dispensers. Besides salt and pepper there are no seasonings or condiments. The pantry and refrigerator are bare. We felt relaxed and at home. Thank you Luis!!!

Couldn’t have been more pleased. The host kept in contact upon arrival and answered all our questions. The house was very clean and had easy access to the downtown area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The property was a beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood with good amenities for our group of four. We appreciated the comfortable beds but found the living room sofas to be uncomfortable after sitting a while. They are modern, low to the floor and hard. I will say that we are all senior citizens though so perhaps younger folks would not mind. The house was very clean but when we entered, a strong cleaning odor was present and was so strong that we had to leave doors and windows open for several hours. It continued to stay in the house for most of the five days we were there. This is an easy fix that hopefully will not be a future issue. Check out requirements were reasonable and easy to follow. It was a bit of a drive into Santa Fe but we did not mind.

Perfect place for two couples

My husband and I were traveling with our best friends. We really enjoyed our stay. New construction, immaculately clean and very well appointed. Bright and airy. Perfect for the four of us.The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept very well. The bathrooms had everything one could need. My aging eyes appreciated the magnifying mirror!We travel with a service dog, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a cute set of food and water bowls along with a biscuit jar with dog treats in it. That was very much appreciated. Communication with Luis before and after our stay was excellent and easy. He was very responsive and so helpful. We highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone traveling in the Santa Fe area.
