Premier Host 10yrs in a row Perfect location! 1.5miles from the plaza. Fast Wifi

This spacious, first floor, fabulously decorated 2 bedroom condo has tall ceilings and only the highest end touches with a classy southwest decor. We splurged on high end sheets and bedding on 2 queen size pillow-top beds that comfortably sleep 4 people. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms were updated and toiletries are provided! The main bedroom has an attached 1/2 bath which makes for a great configuration for 2 couples or a family. The full bath has a tub/shower combo with private entrance from main bedroom and from main space for guests. Convenient laundry facilities in the condo with a stacked washer and dryer. In the summer enjoy cool central a/c. The 40-inch flat screen TV has HBO and satellite TV channels.
Stay connected with fast WiFi. The back yard has a table with 4 chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. (Keurig and brewed coffee pot available.) Open off street parking. Choose either the ramp or the stairs from the parking lot to the condo for easy access. Close to Sprouts supermarket and Starbucks. Walk up the road to a fabulous New Mexican restaurant with wonderful views and delicious margaritas!!
This condo is in the desirable Cielo Grande condo property. It is just 1.4 miles from the Santa Fe Plaza, the heart of town. There are many restaurants and galleries nearby in the world-famous town. Check out the amazing Meow Wolf art installation just minutes away by car. Or getaway and enjoy the mountains for hiking and skiing nearby. Explore Indian ruins at Bandelier National Park. Buffalo Thunder Casino is only 13 miles and offers a great golf course. Famous Taos Pueblo is an easy day trip. Book a stay at Sage Mesa and enjoy Santa Fe, the City Different!!

Please note we provide toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and dish soap enough for a few days. We do not restock during your stay. Also, we do not accept mail delivery and do not have access to the mail box due to risk of excess junk mail. Amazon delivery is not always available. Please note there are two options for entering the condo, from the top parking lot there are stairs and from the lower parking lot there is a ramp both which lead to the condo front door. There is a section of the path with gravel and sandstone, not appropriate for wheelchairs.

The host was terrific and the unit had everything we would need for the week stay. Very comfortable and in a good location. We had very reasonable drives to all of the hikes we had planned. Shopping was fantastic. Please note this unit is a bottom floor apartment. This caused an issue for us but our host was responsive and very helpful.

Exactly as described. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the space and location as it was close to the plaza and shopping. Many restaurants in the area. Only downside was no elevator but only one small set of stairs to get to the unit. Very comfortable and safe area of the city.

Just what we needed

This condo was conveniently located and just the right size for our group of 3 gals for our trip to Santa Fe! The small patio was nice for some shaded outdoor time and there was always parking available in the lot.

This spacious, first floor, fabulously decorated condo has tall ceilings and new furnishings. Only the highest end touches with a classy southwest touch. We splurged on high end sheets and bedding on 2 queen size pillow top beds. The 1 1/2 bathrooms were updated and amenities provided! There is even a newer stackable washer and dryer. The 40-inch flat screen TV has a Roku which provides endless movies and TV shows, plus Pandora. There is cable TV including ESPN, HBO and more. Stay connected with fast WiFi. The back yard has a table with 4 chairs.
The Santa Fe Plaza is the heart of town and only 1.4 miles away. We do not recommend walking to the plaza due to busy streets. There is ample downtown parking. There are many restaurants and galleries nearby. Or getaway and enjoy the mountains for hiking and skiing or nearby Indian ruins. Buffalo Thunder Casino is only 15 min away and provides a great golf course. Book a stay at Sage Mesa and enjoy!!
