Beautiful 2 Bedroom, Ski-in / Ski-out Condo! Look out your living room window to the Tamarack Chair Lift and slopes. Just a few steps and you are on your way up the mountain! We are in the Ober Tal F building, which is the only one that faces the lift. There is a primary bedroom with a queen, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. 1 full bath and another 1/2 bath. Watch the skiers while enjoying the wood burning fireplace! Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer, mudroom. Beautiful year-round resort. Golf and tennis schools, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, fall foliage. Close to the village of Manchester, Home to dozens of outlet stores. No smoking in the condo or on the deck. No pets allowed.
Ask about a late Check-out to 12 noon, $50.00 fee.
We also own the unit right next door and have rented that one for many years. Rent both for the perfect combined trip with extended family or friends! Listing #934074.

Perfect location

Condo was perfect for me a my twin girls. You can see the Tamarack lift from the living room. 2 minute walk in the morning to the lift couldn't have been better. Thanks.

Great Slope Side Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. You can look out the window at the base of Tamarack lift, see the conditions and watch the skiers and boarders. Ski-in and Ski-out is so convenient during the day. It's also a short walk to Villiage for après ski and dinner. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. Would love to come back for a return stay!

Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Well located: less than a 100 yard walk to get started on the Tamarack lift and when returning (assuming there's snow beyond the trail) you can ski back to within 10 feet of the condo's entrance. Also only a short walk to the main resort complex for dining, shopping, etc. Communication with owners was great and check-in was easy.

Wonderful stay- perfect location!

We have stayed at the condo next door - same owner- and were excited to stay in their unit next door! We had a very! Last minute change in dates and they allowed a shift no problem. We were so appreciative! The additional half bath off the kitchen was great and the condo location can’t be beat! The condo was clean, fully stocked and we enjoyed a fire each night playing games on the comfy couches. We ate all meals at the condo! We hope to return next season again! Thank you for a great stay!

Ohertal weekend

You can't beat the location of this property. We literally were able to ski to the front door of the building after it snowed. The walk to the Village is easy. A very comfortable, place to stay, we had a great time. Thank you

Obertal is the best

This is an awesome rental! The building is closest to the lift. Some of our favorite things were the extra 1/2 bathroom (most rentals here don’t have,) the 2 comfortable couches, and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s was also very clean. Plenty of linens. We also enjoyed the fireplace. I recommend stopping on your way up for some newspaper or small kindling , otherwise firewood is provided free at the condo.

I stayed here when the temperature was above 75F and had a really bad experience. Even after opening all of the windows at night, the temperature was still about 82F inside. On top of that, all of the units in the building had no air conditioning, so it was impossible to cool down. Also, the whole building, not just the unit I stayed at, had a terrible moldy smell.Not recommended to stay at during summer.

We are sorry that your experience was not as expected. Many condominiums and homes in the mountain areas of Northern New England do not have air conditioning. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually warm when you were there. We always have the condo checked before someone arrives, and we were there ourselves a few days later. The weather had cooled down by that time. I would recommend in the future to check the amenities on the VRBO listing to confirm that there is AC.
