About this property
Winterfell chalet - quiet, relaxing & private with Stratton on your doorstep.
Located on the Stratton Mountain Resort, this quintessential Stratton Mountain Chalet is a newly renovated 70’s gem that is spacious yet cozy. Situated back from the road with a creek winding through the property, it's everything you need for a weekend away - quiet, relaxing and private with the mountain on your doorstep.
Originally constructed in the early 1970's as a winter vacation home, Winterfell offers two well appointed floors, a front and back deck and private backyard for you to enjoy. The ground floor includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each bedroom complete with a built in closet and drawers. Pass by the washer and dryer on your way upstairs and you'll be greeted by a classic rumford fireplace surrounded by a cozy seating area, an excellent gathering place in any season. A beautifully renovated kitchen with island seating, corner dining banquet and bar console with record player completes the open plan living space on the second floor. Tucked into the eaves behind the living space is a spacious primary bedroom, newly renovated half bath and sitting area with couch and smart TV.
