This warm and spacious 3 level 3,000 square foot house set on 4.4 acres with 5 bedrooms (8 beds) and 4.5 baths is located just off the Stratton Mountain access road. The house is 3.4 miles from Stratton's main lodge and a 4 minute drive to Stratton Mountain Country Club. There is an absolutely beautiful view of nearby Bromley mountain which is a 15 minute, 10.7 mile drive. A 16 mile drive will get you to the increasingly popular Mt. Snow in about 25 minutes. The house features 2 Living rooms; 2 dining areas; a kitchen and kitchenette; 2 decks; an outside grilling area; a recreational room with a ping pong table and foosball table; 2 fireplaces and ample couch room for apres ski lounging. For the comfort of our same gender guests, there is a separate bed for each of the maximum of 8 guests. Contact us if you are looking to have more than one pet (dogs that is).

The host Ross was great, very responsive to any questions, provided so many extras that we did not have to worry about bringing such as condiments, spices, ect, would stay there again. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the skiing was just a 7 minute drive, overall amazing experience.

Ross was very responsive and sent attachments with all the details of the house and tips for the surrounding area. The house was wonderful, perfect for two families as we each had our own level, and the kids loved playing foosball and ping pong while the adults relaxed by the fire. Our large group of 15 had a wonderful stay here for a ski weekend. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 8 kids. The house was clean and offered many amenities not usually offered or available. The host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations when needed. It is located in a nice neighborhood just a short 8 minute drive to the Stratton base. I would not hesitate to book a stay here again when we return to the area.

Spacious house minutes from Stratton

My family and I stayed here and had a lovely time. The place is a little outdated, but it was clean, and a 7 minute drive to the base of Stratton. The fireplace was awesome, and there was plenty of firewood. I would highly recommend this home for large groups.

Annual family golf outing

We are repeat guests at this property for our annual family golf outing at Stratton golf club. We were 9 adults staying for a long weekend and appreciate this well equipped house with plenty of space for all -- with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our large group. Stratton old guys week

We needed a place to sleep 11-12 people and allow us to hang out, prepare food and relax. This place was perfect with multiple levels, a game room with foosball and ping pong, a big open living room / dining area and nicely appointed kitchen. The beds were comfy and warm. Plenty of bathrooms and showers as well.

Great Escape

We had a group of 9, with 4 kids and 5 adults and had a great time. The property is very close to Stratton and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the fireplace and the large open areas. The house is well stocked as well Perfect property for a winter escape, even if you don't ski! We enjoyed snowmobiles at Stratton, something you have to try.

I have been skiing since I was 8 years old and own 2 ski shops in New York and Connecticut (Ski Haus). Happily, much of my life has been devoted to the sport.

Why they chose this property

We have had several ski houses over the years... all at Stratton. We bought this one because of it's proximity to Stratton (3 miles from the base), and because it can handle a large group easily.

What makes this property unique

With 3 levels; 2 living rooms; a full kitchen and kitchenette; 2 dining areas; 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, it can handle up to 8 people very comfortably. We ski weekdays and encourage our employees to use the house whenever they can. They do!
