Luxury Stratton Mtn Ski Chalet- 3 min to mtn base, on shuttle route!

5 bedroom, 5 bath luxury Stratton Mountain ski chalet. Perfect for multi family stay. Home is a 3 minute drive to the mountain base and village/restaurants. The home also on the winter ski shuttle route that runs frequently and stops at end of driveway if you choose not to drive during the ski season. Make yourself at home with a fully stocked kitchen, all linens and towels provided, 3 fireplaces, radiant floor heating, and large outdoor hut tub off of the first floor mudroom. *No more than 3 families.

The basement is a kids playground with air hockey table, foosball, pop-a-shot, dart board, and TV. 4 sets of bunks beds separated by two rooms provides 8 additional beds. The basement has a separate entrance from the driveway and serves as the ski mudroom when heading to/from the slopes.

A large bedroom and bathroom are additionally located above the garage with a separate entrance outside of the mudroom. Great for in-laws, au pairs, or extra privacy.

No pets, parties or events. Max of 3 families allowed.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The pool room off the kitchen is off limits and is not part of the rental. Pool is empty.
Fire hut at the top of the backyard hill is off limits and not part of the rental. Stairs to hut are not shoveled. No ski boots indoors.
The front door of the home (that enters into the living room) automatically locks behind you and cannot be changed. Please be aware.
