For those seeking the vibrant energy of the Funk Zone or the trendy restaurants and shops of Lower State Street, a short bike ride or drive awaits. Whether you're a beach enthusiast, a harbor explorer, or a lover of the eclectic Funk Zone, our Mesa retreat is your ideal home base for a memorable Santa Barbara experience.

Inside the bungalow, you'll find a modern and stylish space that has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. The entire property was renovated 2023, boasting a brand-new kitchen, new appliances, and fully updated bathrooms. There are two smart TVs to stream all your favorite shows. One is located in the living room and the other is in the primary bedroom. The private patio is equipped with a charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking. You can also whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply relax in the cozy living area after a day at the beach.

Parking is free! There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. There is space for 1 additional car in the garage as well.

Better Than Imagined

This place is as beautiful as the pictures! It was immaculately clean and had everything you would need to frolic in the sun at the beach. There were even bicycles for us to ride! The kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking. It had all the utensils and spices you would need to whip up a meal..it even had a coffee grinder! We also had plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Our host were quick to respond to any questions and they even had a list of recommended restaurants and coffee shops of us. They made our first stay in Santa Barbara so enjoyable and worry free!
