This newly renovated Paradise Retreats cottage is located in Santa Barbara’s carefree West Beach neighborhood. It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, Funk Zone, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse, Toma, Jeannine's Bakery and Chad’s restaurants frequented by locals, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better for this Santa Barbara beach rental.

Open the door into a stylish vaulted Living Room that gives way to a newly renovated Kitchen. Giant tri-fold doors easily condense providing an indoor/outdoor living experience with the dual Kitchen bar, added dining space, and BBQ grill on the private deck. Luxurious linens in both bedrooms are only rivaled by original Gregory Beeman paintings, specifically commissioned for this property.

The Cottage at West Beach, The Hideaway at West Beach, and The Lookout at West Beach comprise the three units of this triplex. All 3 units are available through Paradise Retreats. Imagine bringing loved ones to rent all three!

Amazing place by the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Steps away from the beach, dedicated parking, well decorated and felt like an oasis (especially with the outdoor patio), and close to many restaurants/easy walk to the Funk Zone. Would definitely stay here again!

Great west beach bungalow

Awesome location for beach activities and enjoying the Funk Zone. Great remodel makes this bungalow feel light & bright, and spacious for its modest size. Perfect for up to 3 people. We really enjoyed the patio area!

This property was exactly as advertised and was in an ideal location. Restaurants, the pier and beach are all within easy walking distance. It is very well maintained and has several upscale features. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nicely updated cottage in the perfect location. For a small space, they fully optimized it with great style, lots of little thoughtful additions that really make the difference. The best part is that the living room fully opens into the little courtyard...completing the authentic beach vibe that can only work in Santa Barbara
