This very clean, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home will capture your senses and put you in a vacation mood from the moment you walk in. All the rooms are bright and airy and generous in size. This home sits in a very peaceful and affluent Florida neighbourhood which is extremely close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Drive 1.5 miles to America's #1 Beach, Siesta Key or visit any of the 13 beaches in or near Sarasota. Each beach offers a slightly different experience. Whether you are looking to surf, collect shells, shark teeth or just relax and enjoy the Sarasota Views.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please launder all Towels and put back in closet. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Clean out the fridge of food and place all garbage in the bins and bring to the end of driveway
Please bring in the Blue/White Flower cushions and leave in the computer room. If the awning has been used please recoil to avoid damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have been married for 20+ years with two children. We live in small town Ontario, Canada and have done so all of our lives. We had travelled to Sarasota over the years and were always captivated by the Beaches. The white sand at Siesta Key reminds the kids of the snow in Canada. What a wonderful place to stay and relax with the family.
