Eden Vista is a magical lakeside retreat with sweeping views, from a cozy & stylish home with a large deck and private heated pool. Bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms, blackout curtains, phone chargers and sound machines. Half bath in hall. Fully fenced yard with gate. Prime location with proximity to Whitewater Amphitheater, alpine slide at Camp Fimfo, the Guadalupe River, charming downtown Gruene, hiking and wineries. Whether you enjoy the outdoors, shopping, dining, or simply relaxing with a view, your Canyon Lake getaway awaits!
The space:
Please note that the futon sofa in the living room, and the LoveSac beanbag in the secondary bedroom, are suitable for additional children's sleeping areas. Adults would be most comfortable in the available beds.
Guest access:
You will have access to everything in the house except for a locked owner's closet (1 of 2 closets in this room) in the primary bedroom.
NOTE: Stairs are required to access property.

What makes this property unique
From the moment we saw this house, we knew it was special -- the perfect place to enjoy as a family, and to share with others. With 10 of its 15 windows showcasing the incredible views, the modern comforts of new construction, the pool/spa combo and secluded spot on the hill-- it checked all the boxes. After adding a few touches of our own, we are so pleased to offer you this elevated getaway for your enjoyment. We named it “Eden Vista” or “heavenly view”. After spending some time here, we think you will agree!
