A quick walk to the World Arena for local concerts and events, and an easy drive to Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak, and Pikes Peak International Raceway! Pikes Peak State College is at the top of the hill, and Fort Carson Gate 4 at the end of the street! The Royal Gorge, Salida, and Woodland Park are just a couple of clicks away! Enjoy the close-by downtown night life of Colorado Springs, the eclectic vibe of Manitou Springs. So much to see and do you will have to come back to Base Camp for relax, refresh, reload, and do it again tomorrow!

The host was friendly and welcoming. All the extra amenities such as the hot tub, the theater room, strong wi-fi, and the roomy kitchen, made this home very special. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and cozy. We will definitely keep this one on our list of favorites.

Good location and great place to stay with recent updates. A couple ideas for this newer place:Having a binder with instructions and local info would be nice. The second bedroom upstairs could use a mirror in it. It would be nice to have extra towels. We just had enough for everyone but we didn’t use the hot tub and if we had we wouldn’t have had enough towels

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Our host was terrific. We recently stayed at this luxuriously decorated home. Everything was fantastic with wonderful touches throughout. It was immaculate, inviting, bright and relaxing! The kids absolutely loved the movie theater room! The beds and bedding felt like you were staying at a high-end hotel, so cozy. We would absolutely love to go back again!

Fantastic property, very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was so refreshing. The property is far enough away to where it's not too busy, but close enough everything we wanted to do was within 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes from a Walmart and Sam's club as well which was nice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; it was the ideal retreat to return to after a day of hiking and exploration. The hot tub and theater room were particular highlights for us. Everything was impeccably clean, and the hosts had thoughtfully prepared for all the little details, such as extra soft throw blankets, an abundance of pillows for our movie nights, and a well-stocked coffee bar.
