Escape to the mountains and enjoy all the Laurel Highlands has to offer! Only minutes to the slopes and a short walk to the outdoor pool, playground and Pickleball court, all free to use. This is a perfect location to host your next gathering any time of year!
This spacious 3 bedroom townhome features an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling in the sunken living room as well as a stone-faced wood fireplace to warm your bones. There’s a fully stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen bed, on the ground floor. Out back there is a large deck overlooking the ponds with a gas grill.
A massive master suite with a king bed and TV is located upstairs with private access to the third full bathroom. The loft offers additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa and extra entertainment with a foosball table, games & Roku TV. There’s also a full-size washer/dryer available in the closet beside the loft.
NO SMOKING OR PETS! Must be 25 years old to rent townhome, security deposit required. This property does not have AC or cable. There are Roku TVs in the living room, master bedroom & loft for streaming.
