Quaint Cape Cod Cottage close to all nantucket sound beaches, and RT28 Fun

The cape cod getaway house is situated in a quiet area approx. .4 miles to south shore beaches, playground for the kids, fishing, boating , jet skiing, parasailing etc. there is a brick patio with an enclosed gazebo, and dining table that seats 6, gas grill, outdoor shower, and a firepit to cook smores with the kids, the house has 2 bedrooms one has a queen size bed, the other has 2 twin beds, one tile bath with tub/shower. the living room has a pull out couch, recliner, 40'' flat screen tv , fireplace, and window ac unit.
the kitchen area has a gas stove, microwave oven coffeemaker, all cooking utensils, and dining table. guest provide towels and linens as well as your beach needs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Cozy home minutes from beaches

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Amenities were as listed and we were able to drive to a nearby beach in just a couple minutes. We liked the outdoor area equipped with the gas grill. Would have been a 5-star review but there were quite a few ants and other bugs that kept appearing in the kitchen area.

The Perfect Cape Cod Vacation!

Our experience at 61 Wampanoag Road in Yarmouth, Mass., Cape Cod was great! The location was ideal, very close to several beaches, restaurants and the best seafood market! The house was nice and clean with comfortable beds and was well stocked with "Cape Cod" atmosphere. We were able to enjoy a lobster feast with all the right utensils provided, very nice. The back yard was wonderful with a covered dining area, fire pit and spacious lawn. The owner was very accessible and answered all our questions before our arrival and during our sstay. We would rent again in a heartbeat!

Ants in the kitchen, bathroom and 1bedroom.No toilet paper. Some windows needed a prop to stay open. Outlets had power cords and were not very accessible. Basic low end cable ie.no MSNBC ,weather channel ESPN. No place to hang wet towels/washcloths. Shower should have a grab bar. Remove laundry from list of amenities. This house was not worth anywhere near 1700. We feel that we were taken on that price. Finally we left a day early because we were not comfortable here

Perfect launching point for family of 4

We stayed during late August, when the waters were warm at the many close beaches. This would be a great stay also in Spring and Fall thanks to the fire pit, biking trails, and surrounding activities. We loved our time, and our very thankful for the experience.

A Beautiful week at the Cape!

We loved our week here. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was a huge hit with both parents and kids. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend- hope to be back!

Perfect place!

This charming 2 bedroom was the perfect place for our family of 5! It was clean, comfy, and the walk to the beach was not too far for the little ones. The outdoor shower was wonderful upon our return from the beach. We loved using the outdoor patio as well. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful Cape Cod home

This property is quite and convenient all in one. Located two or three streets behind the main rt 28 where all the businesses are located. Perfect location on the cape so you are not far from anywhere. The house is perfect for a small family even with small children. Hope to rent again!

Fantastic family vacation.

This was a fantastic location to go on day trips with our family. This was a cozy home that obviously has a lot of family memories. We cooked out in the back yard, the outdoor shower was a great amenity and the surfing was awesome. We definitely will be back!
