Spend your day admiring the ocean & afternoon by the pool facing the Spanish River. Min. Stay 28/29 nights (1 month). Stay must be contained within calendar month. You will have full access to this first floor walkout condo. Walk out directly to the pool area from your private deck. Beautiful direct views of the Spanish River from your deck. See the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets! Also, private beach access directly across the street. just steps away! Grab a beach towel and beach chair and in less than a minute you are on the beach! WiFi, Cable, plenty of parking space, full kitchen and Washer and Dryer inside the unit. Large Flat Screen TVs in every bedroom and living room. Plenty of closet space. Right in the middle of Atlantic Blvd and Commercial Blvd lots of things to do.

**IMPORTANT** Guests must complete and submit a "Short Term Renter" application required by the Condo Association. It must be approved in order to stay. Application approvals can take up to 10 days. Please allow enough time.
