I hesitate to leave a great review because I don’t want this house not to be available on our next trip, but this was the best place of many we’ve stayed on the beach! It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed! We pack light and this house had coolers, beach chairs, towels and even a yoga mat! The backyard was awesome - sun during the day, stars at night, great furniture and an outdoor shower. The garage was a nice feature for our surf board. The house was very quiet and we’ve never slept in more comfortable beds in a rental! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing place!

Our host Libby was very nice and accommodating to our needs. She was easily accessible as well. The place was immaculate and very comfortable for my family and I. Location was walking distance to beach and other amenities. If you are visiting St. Augustine, I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The house is located on a quiet side road, no through traffic so very peaceful. Comfortable furniture. The high ceilings and modern décor give a sense of space. Kitchen has modern appliances and allows full meals to be cooked. Heating and air conditioning quiet and effective. The garden is very private with palm trees and allows sitting in sun or shade at any time of day Just across the street is the beautiful beach which extends for miles in either direction. Rarely busy. Many restaurants on either side of the street. Our favourites were Little Margie’s (303 A1A Beach Road) and Mango Mango’s (A Street and A!A). All communications were promptly answered. The check in instructions and welcome info were clear and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.
