Spacious Renovated Tudor in Midtown
If you are looking for a semi long-term furnished place in Memphis you've come to the right place! I am an experienced host, but this is a new listing--a 1,600 sq. ft. home which I renovated in 2018. During my renovation, I kept the vintage charm while completely repainting, reflooring, installing a new kitchen, adding insulation, and ensuring the HVAC system provides total comfort year-round. I put a lot of care into these walls and I think you'll enjoy being here just as much as I have.
Off-street parking is provided for 1-2 vehicles in the driveway.
The second floor is a separate suite with separate entrance which is sometimes used for family or as a furnished rental.

I am a filmmaker and photographer. My family worked in the airline industry, so I was very fortunate to travel often when I was young. This gave me the opportunity to experience many new cultures, and hope to offer something similar as a host.
Why they chose this property
This is an historic residential neighborhood in Midtown Memphis with charming old-school tudor and craftsman homes. Café Eclectic, Dino's Italian restaurant, and a mini mart are all down the block about a 7-8 minute walk. Overton Park is a beautiful park about a mile away which I try to walk as much as possible.

What makes this property unique
I worked in construction between high school and college and renovated this house myself. I put the time and care into every aspect, taking full pride and responsibility in the outcome. Plus, if something needs to be fixed, I can get right on it!
