We are located in PRIME LOCATION for Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and the Disneyland Resort. We are located within just a 5 minute walk to catch the FREE shuttle (Tram) that takes you directly to Disneyland. The Anaheim Convention Center is also just a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Great for all business people and visitors.

The condo is located in a very safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood with so many attractions I.e. theme parks, shopping centers, restaurants, beaches, museums, and convention center at a very short driving distance.

We recently renovated and remodeled this home from top to bottom. Absolutely EVERYTHING in this condo is BRAND NEW! There are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a living room, dining table that seats 6-8 people, kitchen, and outdoor patio. The living room converts to sleeping quarters if necessary.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed that will make you feel like Royalty with the 4 pillars at each corner. A New mattress with individual wrapped coiled springs under layers of padding and a comfortable pillow top. It has access to a private full bathroom. The master bath provides Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Bar Soap for Body/Face, and a Hair Dryer. The bedroom is equipped with a 50" SMART High Definition Flat Screen TV with Time Warner Cable and a DVD/BluRay Player and NETFLIX. You will find two nightstands furnished with extravagant lamps that provide excellent lighting. This room also contains a futon sofa bed.

The second bedroom has (2) Full Size Bunk Beds with new mattresses. This room is decorated in a Disney Theme for children of all ages. It contains a child desk and chair. There is a second full bathroom with shower or tub amenities directly across the hallway. There is three way lighting for the stairs and entry. Downstairs is a third 1/2 bathroom fully stocked with pool/beach towels.

The kitchen comes equipped with new and recently installed: All New cabinets with soft closed drawers, refrigerator, gas stove with overhead microwave, dish washer, farm style stainless steel sink, 12 cup coffee maker, pots and pans, full sets of dishes and silverware.

The living room has a brand new COMFORTABLE queen size sleeper sofa bed with a very easy inflatable mattress (AIR DREAM ) at the push of a button that self inflates and deflates with springs beneath, the newest technology of sofa sleepers. No problem or complications. I cannot express how comfortable this sofa bed is!!! You do not feel the brackets or metal bars whatsoever. You HAVE to experience it for yourself in order to believe how truly comfortable it is for ANYONE to sleep on. There is an astounding life like artificial fireplace / entertainment center counsel that provides the Fantasy of a real fireplace without the hazards of a real fire. It provides real warmth with a heater function with just an easy click of the button. Atop of the entertainment center is a New 60" SMART High Definition Flat Screen TV mounted on the wall which includes NETFLIX and a DVD/Blu-Ray Player. Alongside the entertainment center is a nice decorative arm chair that swivels in whichever direction you choose to face with an ottoman to rest your feet on while you enjoy reading a nice book or having a profound conversation with your family and friends. Next to this entertainment center also is a secretarial desk and chair with a DELL Laptop with Free WiFi Internet access available for use.

Outside in the private patio is a patio dining set with chairs covered by a large umbrella for shade & attached solar powered LED lights for those hot sunny days / evenings and a BBQ Grill.
