We had a great stay over 5 days in the fall. It was very clean and comfy beds. The lake views were great and the hot tub was wonderful. The location is close to a state park where we did a lot of hiking and we also used the kayaks. It was a very quiet and relaxing place and I know we will rent it again. Thank you to the team at Wander Home who takes care of the property. They were very responsive anytime I had a question and wonderful to work with.

It was a great experience, the property was just as pictured, very neat and clean, and the view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. My family had fun kayaking and just relaxing in the hot tub! My family wanted to go again soon, so I’m hoping to visit again sometime in the fall.

This was a lovely home & setting for our late-Summer vacation. Large, comfy rooms; well stocked kitchen; very comfortable beds; soft bath towels; plenty of water toys and rainy-day books & games. The deck was terrific for watching both sunrises and sunsets! We enjoyed a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing week. Our host, Wander Homes, was very pleasant to deal with and always responded promptly to our questions. If we visit the Pocono area again, we wouldn't hesitate to book this Lake House.

The house is very clean and well kept. The hot tub was immaculate and extremely easy to use. The best part about the trip was being lakefront and the canoe and kayaks that were readily available. I also enjoyed the little town. I noticed that the porches were not covered so if it rains be prepared to stay indoors.

The accommodations were perfect for my little family and pups. It was very clean and equipped for anyone needing a quick getaway to relax. Only thing that I would change is how you discard your trash. It’s-bit of a distance from the property. The hosts were very responsive and detailed with instructions. I will be returning…makes me want a lake house now

Weekend Away

Nice property on a great location. We were there still during winter and had a great time at the home. Hot tub worked well. Only negative was the condition of the sofa. It was really beat up and not something I expected for the money paid.

This is a great house for vacation. We were close enough to visit the Poconos (sightseeing, golfing, etc) but had a great location to come home to. Lake offers a quiet place to relax. Great for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Great chairs, great location of house on the lake- very quiet area.Hot tub was clean and we enjoyed that quite a bit.Loved that it was dog friendly - extra bonus having a leash tethered by the lake. Everything in the house was great - kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen table, etc. Nice amenities. Well kept home.

Summer Vacation 2024

We loved the property and it’s amenities. During the day our family enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and swimming in the lake. At night we loved the hot tub, fire pit, and catching toads. If we were to add any convenience to the property we would suggest access to a hose in the rear of the house. To be able to wash our feet prior to entering the house and to level off the hot tub when the water gets too low. Our family really enjoyed our time in your lovely vacation home! Thank you, The Cawley Family
