Wonderful pet-friendly waterfront home on Sebago Lake Basin in Standish
Waterfront on Sebago Lake in Standish, in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! Waterfront home on quiet cove in Sebago Lake Basin. The dock can hold up to a 20' boat and 1 jet ski. The owner provides 2 kayaks and a canoe for your use. Close to shopping and recreational activities. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Level on roadside, sloping from driveway along the house then levels out again by the waterfront. Mostly lawn w/a tree-line on both sides of the property. Sandy, gradual entry, some pebbles. The occupancy is for 8 people all week with 1 overnight guest for 2 nights maximum.
2026 Rates: $550night PEAK season; $378/night LOW season
- 2 dogs allowed with $100.00 pet fee per pet, per week
- Mini split A/C on main floor and basement
* Sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, and bath towels not provided *
