Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great secluded cabin on Frye Island. Western view is perfect for beautiful sunsets. Waterfront property with dock makes access to water easy. Golf course on island a bonus. Cafe and general store are a must! Just a gorgeous secluded vacation spot

Quiet seclusion with all the comforts of home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 weeks on Frye Island was just the respite we needed. Quiet west side waterfront property with full amenities including washer and dryer, a master bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs with twin beds in each. Open cathedral ceiling and large windows provide a beautiful view of Sebago Lake and western mountains with spectacular sunsets. Island has a general store and cafe as well as a 9 hole golf course. Clubhouse offers live music and games. Community center has health club. Pickleball courts and a swimming pool top off the list of things to do when not fishing or swimming in crystal clear water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for our annual family (of 5) vacation! This was our 7th year renting this property. Prime waterfront location with small sandy beach, amazing sunsets, and crystal clear lake. This year, we enjoyed beach / pool hopping, golfing, kite flying, field games, hiking, Frye Guys, candy bar squares, and more. The house is clean and cared for with annual updates (recently new stove, lighting, bathroom fan, and floors). It has everything we need for a week on Frye Island. Krainin is responsive and easy to work with. Already looking forward to next year. Many happy memories with my husband and boys (now ages 12, 10, 7). Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location. We were amazed at how quiet it was. It’s our peaceful escape. Waterfront is wonderful, not sandy but the wharf/pier provides easy entry into the water. Sunsets are incredible

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a repeat guest. We love your place, but we had some really hot evenings. AC in the master bedroom downstairs, and at least one of the upstairs bedrooms, would have worked. Also, an openable window upstairs on the lakeside would also have been very welcome. Thank you for another fabulous time.
