House on The Rocks with EV Charger
Enjoy a delightful stay in our modern 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Chittenden, Vermont. We are located 16 miles from the K1 base lodge at Killington Mountain, 10 miles from Pico Mountain, and 3.1 miles from The Mountain Top Resort and Chittenden Reservoir. The house is just steps away from the VAST Trail System. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a wedding weekend, ski trip, or a weekend getaway with your family/friends. We look forward to hosting you!
Our place has a large open floor plan. When you first walk in you will enter into our dining room and kitchen area that is open to our large living room. The living room is equipped with a large sectional, 75" Smart TV, and electric fireplace with a heating option. The kitchen is equipped with a Duo Keuring coffee maker, a small drink fridge, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer, as well as all the plates, cups, and utensils you will need. There is full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet. To finish off the downstairs you will find the downstairs main bedroom with a queen bed and an attached half-bath. As you walk up the stairs you will find the first full bath. To the right you will find two of our upstairs bedrooms. The blue room has a queen bed and built in twin bunks. The green room has a king bed and twin bunk beds. To the left you will find the spacious master bedroom with a king bed and massive ensuite with plenty of space to get ready for a big day!
The home has two heating options with radiant gas heat and a mini split. The mini split provides air conditioning in the warmer months for the first floor. This home has everything you need for your stay!

Downstairs Main- Queen bed, large closet, and attached half bath
Upstairs blue room- Queen bed and built in twin bunk beds
Upstairs green room- King bed and twin bunk beds
You will have access to the entire house except the utility room in the basement.
Sits back off a quiet street
The house will be equipped with 12 towels, wash cloths, pillows and bedding to sleep 12 people. If you feel you'll need more please plan accordingly.
Garage is equipped with a Level 2 EV Charger with J1772 connector.
