My condo is located right in the center of Isla Verde Beach. It's only 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to Old San Juan and 3 minutes to the beach once you walk out the lobby exit. You're also in walking distance to several restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, casinos, jet ski rentals, and more.

This unit includes many amenities including Isla Verde beach, large pool, 24/7 security, a very convenient parking space, in-building washers/dryers, and much more.

This condo is located right on the beach. Everything was as it was listed in the description. The place was clean and had everything and more than we needed. The location was in a central spot for almost anything that we needed. Also check in was really easy.

Chris was wonderful. Answered all my question anytime, within 5 minutes. Would stay again for sure. Beach and swimming pool just a short 2 to 3 minute walk. The guards were very helpful also. Called for cabs whenever.

Love this condo facility Wouldn’t mind having a baking sheet for the oven but can’t complain we had a great time this unit was great.

I don’t have a baking sheet because I don’t have an oven. 😄. I only have a stove. However, you can use the provided air fryer and toaster oven for baking.

The location and building are excellent. This unit could use some attention. Only 2 dinner plates. The unit could use a deep clean and some updating. The mattress needs replacing, sags to the middle.. Host communicates well.

One night stay

Property was very clean. Security was very good. Location was at the beach as described but on the street side. We had a Saturday night stay and the street was busy and noisy. Definitely needed ear plugs. Lots is 3:30 am foot traffic and some loud music. This may not be a problem during the week . The pool is large and clean. The beach was also nice and had a more gentle surf for children.

Safe retreat and great getaway

It was just me and my adult daughter on this trip. The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Everything that you need is within a couple minutes walk. The pool area is nice and access to the beach is right outside the building. I spent quite a bit of time looking at different beaches on the island. This one is very calm (compared to what we are used to where we live) we didn't find a strong under tow. Its also very beautiful. Not alot of rocks, nearly no trash, and I didnt see any broken glass. Security seems to be there 24/7. Theres a designated parking spot thats free (thats a bonus). If youre coming from quiet/country living, its a busy area because everything you want is right there. Be mindful that this spot isnt the country. Communication was easy and quick.

Road noise

Unfortunately we booked on a day that a scheduled power outage was occurring for maintenance. A cold shower & no coffee was not the best start. The condo does not open the pool during outages, and when it came back on at 7pm it didn't reopen. We left the next day without getting to use it.The pro's for the property are the location (its right on the beach [apt faces the road]) & the assigned parking spot. The con's are that there is alot of road noise most hours of the night, mostly motorcycle/dirtbikes. The bed was soft & very creaky. The water was undrinkable. There is a Neflix account but you get the error that the users are maxed out & you can't get on. Oh, and there is no balcony which in the pic looks like you can go out on it but its actually sliding glass doors & you can't go out at all.
