We had the most incredible stay, a 10 out of 10. It was the perfect set up for our group of friends. Very comfortable and luxurious. The location was convenient, we enjoyed the walk up and down the hill to the convenient market.

Great house, great location!

We had a great stay at Casa Valletta. The check in process was really easy. Melissa met us on arrival and showed us around. The house is great with lots of outdoor living space and an amazing pool. It was well stocked and very clean. The check out process was also great. And Melissa was available for anything we needed. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Stunning!

Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Concierge group was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. We all wanted to stay longer in this home! Its location is perfect. We rented 2 golf carts from AAA golf carts. It was easy to zip into town for coffee or dinner. We loved the pool area. Don’t hesitate to book this home for a relaxing vacation!!

Family trip to Tamarindo

Property exactly as described and convenient for down town and beachRon was very accommodating and organized all our activities and catering staffWe recommend a car or a golf cart to get around to beach and downtownWe found there was plenty of good restaurants downtown, and a couple of clubs the younger members enjoyed. People in CR & Tamarindo are very friendly.My son, grandson and I went fishing one day and caught 8 sword/sail fish (catch and release) and 3 tuna we BBQ'd that night. Ron can hook you up with the same boat/crew if you want to fish.

Modern Oasis

For spring break our family visited Tamarindo and stayed at Casa Valleta. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up. The house was both beautiful and comfortable. Staff was attentive and genuine. You cannot beat the location with supermarket at the entrance of community and a short jot into town for beaches, restaurants, etc. All you need is a golf cart to get around. After enjoying the action in town, Casa Valleta is a welcome oasis to take in the view, dip in the pool, and enjoy some peace and quiet. It was a wonderful introduction to Costa Rica for us and we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect Family Christmas!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Villeta. Highly recommend this home. Melissa, the on-site manager, was exceptional. She met us at check-in and also when it was time to leave. Beautiful, new home. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Our teens each had their own bathrooms which makes things so much easier. The pool was more gorgeous than the pictures and we used it every day. Location is very safe and within easy drive to everything in Tamarindo. We chose to rent a 4WD and we’re glad to have the ability to go wherever we wanted. Melissa was very helpful when it came to recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We had one issue with the gas and couldn’t cook dinner the first night there, but Melissa got this fixed quickly. There is a supermarket with everything you need at the entrance to the housing area. Technically it is within walking distance, but it’s a pretty steep hill back to the house. I would love to return someday soon! Pura vida for sure!

I am Canadian and fell in love with Costa Rica during my first visit in 2015. I bought this property in 2018 and began construction of my dream home in late 2019. Project was finally completed December 2023.

After researching and visiting several areas along the coast I chose Tamarindo because of the vibrant night life and many amenities it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

ample parking, ability of driving down to all levels of house if accessibility is an issue. (stairs can be avoided). Each bedroom provides an ocean view.
