Anthony, thank you for choosing Village Properties at Sunriver and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home felt warm and uncomfortable during your stay. We understand how important it is to have adequate cooling, particularly during the summer months. We do want to clarify that the home’s listing states, “Portable air conditioning is available in the summer time and will be set up prior to arrival.” We’re sorry if the description gave you a different expectation regarding the type or capacity of the cooling provided. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we’ll share your feedback with our team as we continue to look for ways to provide clear expectations and a comfortable experience for our guests.
