Welcome to Dream Catcher on the public side of Lake Anna, situated on the southern end of the lake in a cove! This 5 bedroom waterfront home offers an unobstructed view of the lake from the kitchen, dining area and family room. Head out the door and the lake is just a short walk away. There is a sandy beach area, hot tub and dock with boat ties for your enjoyment.

On the main level of the home, you will find the kitchen, dining area, family room, en-suite king master bedroom with full bath and a combined half bath and laundry room. There is also a screened in porch off the kitchen to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

On the second level, you will find another en-suite king master bedroom with full bath, a second master bedroom with two queen beds and a full hall bathroom.

In the basement, there is another family room area, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a second bedroom with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full bathroom. In the converted garage, there is a game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table and multiple video game consoles for your entertainment. There are board games and books available in the home for your use as well as 3 TVs in the main floor family room, basement family room and main floor bedroom.

Guests have access to Both Waters Association common area, which features boat ramps on the private and public side of dike #2, a picnic pavilion and a sandy beach on the private side.

Because of this, outdoor areas—including decks, patios, walkways, outdoor furniture, windows, and the hot tub area—may naturally accumulate leaves, pollen, pine needles, cobwebs, insects, and other debris throughout your stay, even after they have been cleaned. Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the interior of the home before each arrival. While the exterior is maintained regularly, Mother Nature can quickly affect outdoor spaces, particularly during the warmer months or after windy or rainy weather.
