With 2600 square feet of upstairs interior space, four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms, our ranch-style single-family property provides the perfect haven for large families, groups, and discerning business travelers seeking a memorable escape. Note: The basement is unfinished and unavailable to guests. The garage, several kitchen cabinets, and several closets in two of the bedrooms are also unavailable to guests.

Nearby, Berewick Town Center and Charlotte Premium Outlets await with shopping and dining, while Uptown Charlotte offers endless city energy within easy reach.

We love when guests celebrate life’s milestones here. However, fireworks, pyrotechnics, glitter, confetti, or fake rose petals outdoors are prohibited. Open flames are only permitted in the firepit. Failure to adhere will result in loss of deposit or additional cleaning fees.
