Songbird Cottage is completely updated with new paint, appliances and a cozy modern feel. The large lot filled with mature trees gives the peaceful, country feel right in the city of Aiken! Close to Bruce's Field, Palmetto Golf Course, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Songbird Cottage features two bedrooms with new comfortable hybrid mattresses, deluxe cotton bedding, and a home you will want to return to again and again!
The space
Songbird Cottage is a newly updated home where the design is based on the comfort of the guest. The cottage features two bedrooms with new comfortable queen sized hybrid mattresses, deluxe cotton bedding, and plenty of room to store your new purchases. The kitchen includes everything you'd find at home (pots/pans, dishes, crockpot, etc) and new appliances that beg for a home cooked meal. The dining room is set up to double as a flex room perfect for a work from home situation. The bathrooms are clean, updated and stocked with fluffy new towels. At the end of a busy day, relax on the couch with a Netflix movie on the 65" Crystal TV. Songbird Cottage boasts a large back yard filled with mature trees which offers a perfect spot for an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and a fire pit (wood not provided). Enjoy relaxing in this cozy cottage where you will feel the love!

Cottage is decorated in soothing gray and white tones. Immaculately clean at check-in. Mattresses and linens well above average for a vacation rental - definitely not the soft, saggy mattresses too common in vacation rentals. Cute galley style kitchen with large stainless refrigerator, cooktop/oven and microwave. Large, fenced back yard if you are traveling with a dog. Minutes to Fresh Market, Kroger, Starbucks, and Bruce’s Field for equestrians.

Very pleasant stay at Songbird Cottage

The Cottage was immaculately maintained, and the accommodations very comfortable. Appliances are new, and size of the place was just right for a party of 2-4. Host / property manager was responsive to questions as arrival date approached. Strongly endorse this property!

We rented the property to go to a music festival at Bruce’s Field for the weekend. It was within walking distance. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting out in the backyard drinking our coffee in the mornings. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway. It is also near restaurants, gas stations and other stores. Tiffany was very quick with reply’s and responses to messages. I would highly recommend renting from Tiffany and I will definitely be back if I’m ever visiting Aiken again.
