Just what we needed!

This place suited our large family of 7. It was clean, in a good neighborhood, and had enough room so we didn't feel crowded. Just want we needed!

Very dated and run down

The house was dirty. The furniture was old and stained. We found it hard to stay here.

You failed to follow my check-out instructions and you left the property filthy and dirty. You also violated the house rules that on your reservation, you are just one adult but you arrived more than one guest. You are now complainng after your check-out. You have to contact me during your stay so I can give assistance and supposed to resolve your concern, but you never did. My place was clean before you arrive, and acctually I've sent you a message asking if you have no difficulties during your stay, and you replied EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL then you thank me for checking you in.
