Bring the whole family to enjoy fun in the sun at our beautiful undisturbed beaches on Hutchinson Island. Close to boat ramps, parks, restaurants, ball fields, there is fun for the whole family.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom property has been fully renovated top to bottom. The master bedroom hosts a queen size bed with a spa-like shower in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, the guest bathroom has a tub shower combo. The living room sofa also has a pull out queen size bed. Each room has a smart TV. Enjoy a kitchen full of utensils, outdoor sofa, and designated outdoor smoking area. Walking distance to the beach and boat ramps.

Great stay for large group

Great place to stay for large group. Check in info was incorrect but quickly solved with a call the the property manager. It is great to have parking and easy walk to duval and beach! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub is older and set to highest temp and could only get about half the jets to work but really didn’t have time to use it anyway.

Short But Sweet

Other than a brief hiccup with lock code to get in (might have been operator error), the place was great. Clean and plenty of room. Location is a very short walk from beach and there are ample walkways and bike lanes. Melissa was responsive throughout the process. I would stay again.
