Last-minute

Had to travel last minute with some family for a funeral and found this place. The owners are very very nice and went above and beyond for us. The home is in a great location and was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!!

Family vacation

It was a great neighborhood and wonderful place to stay. Went walking around the neighborhood every day and everyone was so friendly on our walk. It had so many extras to make trip special. Like beach chairs and toys. Would come back again.

Fun Family Spring Break

The property is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping etc. The house is very nice also, with lots of space, very roomy and open. We absolutely loved it! Thanks again... Many extras available such as kayaks, bikes, pool gear etc. Will hope to be back

Something for everyone

Our family loved everything about our vacation. The pool was perfect after a day about town, we caught so many fish in the canal, and the layout of the home was perfect for our group of 7. The pictures don’t to the cleanliness and functionality justice. The primary shower is simply amazing!!

Perfect summer get away

We had such a wonderful time. The pictures didn't even to justice to how beautiful the house and area were. The kayaks and bikes were a wonderful bonus and we spent hours in the pool every day. The kitchen was stocked with anything we could possibly need and I loved the washer and dryer....huge capacity so we could throw everything in and spend more time doing fun things. We had an issue with the ac and hot water heater upon arrival but they promptly sent someone out to repair it Cannot say enough good things about this lovely home!

Return to Home

We used to live in Cape coral and needed a place to stay to visit a family member. We didn't want a hotel. We wanted a place that we could all join together, celebrate, eat & talk rather than restaurants. This property was perfect. We fished cooked fantastic dinners and swam in the pool. It was conveniently located to everything we needed to get to.. Thank you so much for the wonderful place to stay.

Relaxing and clean property

The property was very clean when we arrived. The bedrooms and bathrooms had adequate size. Laying out by the pool on the lanai was wonderful. Although you had to drive to get to anything, once we got the lay of the land you realize you really didn't have to go too far in order to get to any restaurants, etc.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Our trip started off rocky with a flight cancellation so we weren’t able to check in till a day after scheduled. But once we arrived, the stress of travel went away. This home is absolutely beautiful with so much space. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. There was more than enough space for all 5 of us. The pool toys were a great addition. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but it would have been a great location to do so on the canals. Overall a great stay and we really enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Great family getaway

We had a terrific stay. We had all we needed at the house, and the pool was really fun for my three kids (ages 20, 19, and 16). We loved eating dinner by the pool protected from the bugs. The house tended to be a bit warm at night but the ceiling fans helped. Checking in and out was really easy as well. The location was great for day trips to Sanibel and Fort Myers. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything else.

Sunshine Getaway

Villa Rosa has set the bar very high for our future property rentals! We were delighted with the newness and cleanliness of this property and wanted for nothing in the way of amenities during our stay. The pool was a highlight for us as we were enjoying a multi generational (four generations) vacation ranging in age from 3 to 86. We all enjoyed the pool as it was heated and so the less hardy of us could use it any time of the day or evening. The location of the house was a little more remote than anticipated, so you need a vehicle to get to any tourist spots or even to go pick up milk for example. We were impressed by the fact that one of the property managers Iris, came by the house shortly after we had arrived, to check the cleanliness of the house. Roelens Vacations clearly aim to maintain impeccable standards with their properties.

Beautiful house with great outdoor set up

This property was as beautiful as the listing. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area and outdoor seating were extremely nice and we enjoyed movies at night outside on the couches. The property management was friendly and easy to work with. The only thing I would have changed has nothing to do with the house but with the channel. It’s quite murky and you can’t see into the water, but we wouldn’t be swimming in it either way so it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a nice getaway!

Great house!

The house fully met our high expectations! It is a beautiful big house with everything you need and a fantastic heated pool! Roelens was great to deal with, they very quickly responded to our questions and fixed issues we encountered during our week in the house. Travelling with 4 small kids, we especially appreciated the beautiful christmas tree that had been set up in the living room.

La Villa Rosa est une magnifique maison neuve meublée avec goût et totalement conforme aux photos et descriptif ... Parmi les nombreuses villas que nous avons louées auparavant dans le secteur , celle ci est incontestablement la plus belle et la mieux équipée pour passer un merveilleux séjour !!! Le seul problème rencontré fut la panne de la pompe à chaleur de la piscine qui fut réglé non pas par l’agence peu reactive mais au sympathique employé qui entretenait la piscine ...
