Also, one block from your rental is the Newport Pier area, where coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints abound!

Other walkable/bikeable destinations include Lido Marina Village, the Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier, and Balboa Island, which are all must-visits! Iconic landmarks like the Dory Fleet Fish Market, Crab Cooker, and Spaghetti Factory are within a stone’s throw of your home as well.

No smoking of any substance is allowed in the property. $500 will be charged if smoking is detected upon check out.
All fireworks are banned and subject to a $500 charge.
