Guest access
There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet and garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or message away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Two days prior to your check-in, we will send you a link which contains our comprehensive Digital Welcome Guide. This guide contains all pertinent information relating to your stay. We have also included detailed instructions for check in and check out, frequently asked questions, a list of fun local breweries and restaurants as well as some of our favorite local attractions.

Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and being respectful to our neighbors is very important to us. Parties/events are not allowed under any circumstances. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM and are strictly enforced. We ask that you move indoors and remain low-key after quiet hours start. Any excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation and fines.

We love that you love traveling with your dogs - they’re part of the family! We just ask that you please register/pay the pet deposit for each dog (2 max) via Airbnb when you`re booking your reservation so that we can make any necessary arrangements/inform our cleaner. If not, there will unfortunately be an automatic $250 fine per animal. Additionally, they must be kenneled if left in the home alone to avoid damage. We have provided a medium/large dog kennel in the Laundry Room for your connivence if you did not bring your own.

We welcome guests with Service Dogs and are happy to accommodate them. You`re not required to disclose the presence of a service animal or provide documentation, evidence of training, or specialized certification. However, per Airbnb`s policies around Service Animals, Airbnb encourages open communication as a courtesy so that we/the host can let our cleaner know and make reasonable accommodations for the stay.

We are booking a lot of graduation/bachelor(ette) getaways which is so exciting but please do not put tape on any of the walls with murals/wallpaper as it can be damaging to the art. If you have any questions on which walls are okay to use - please just message us! Also, we just ask that you please make sure to clean up any/all decorations prior to check out.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside our house and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio. Please dispose of any/all smoking materials upon your check out per Airbnb Policy and Rules.

Safe and quiet neighborhood conveniently located one mile from fun restaurants, bars and shops in Olde Town Arvada. It`s also 20 minutes to Down Town Denver, 20 minutes to Red Rocks and Boulder and 30/40 minutes from the airport depending on traffic.

The house is perfectly located about 1 mile from Olde Town Arvada which has great little retail shops, coffee shops, fun restaurants and bars. Our neighborhood is known for its proximity to Denver and the surrounding cities. Its also close to a Super Walmart, Super Target, grocery stores, other popular restaurants and family-friendly walking trails/parks. Arvada has a strong sense of safety and security which is why we chose this house! Our house is also very close to the Arvada Light Rail station and major bus routes which will take you into Denver and other surrounding areas as well as to the Airport.
You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Hot Tub - Guests use Hot Tub at their own Risk. No lifeguard On Duty.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am; please be respectful of our neighbors since this is a residential neighborhood. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
