Tired mom's weekend, cooked all meals at the cabin and was so cozy and perfect. Opened up the windows to enjoy fresh, cool mountain air! Hot tub was so relaxing and clean! Beds were comfortable and we would most certainly stay here again! Thanks for a perfect stay for our goals!

This place was awesome. We’ve stayed at a few cabins in and around ruidoso and this one was by far our favorite. Great property that was quite yet convenient. It had everything we needed.

It was a fantastic weekend. Only issue was check in time and check out time. I feel 4pm check in is a little late and 11am is a little early.

One of the most enjoyable properties we have ever stayed at. We loved having the wild horses around every day and all the other wildlife that came through. We named one of the bucks “Rudolph” because he was always alone and he had a messed up antler on one side, which made him a misfit.

We enjoyed the deck access around the property viewing the mountains and wildlife. The Mobile home had a musty smell upon entering opening all the windows helped somewhat. There was no coffee as advertised or mentioned. I contacted host and they instructed to buy some and we would be reimbursed. I sent receipt copy to host and have not been reimbursed as of a week later.

I just reviewed our contract that you agreed to when you accepted the the stay and it does not say anything about coffee being supplied and no one has previously ever asked for it. It does say that there is a coffee pot available. We have always had filters there as well and on occasion, guests have left coffee. We do try to provide sugar and at least one type of sweetner. That said, I did agree to pay for coffee is you wanted to purchase. However, I have not received an invoice at least I may not have looked for it in the right place. Where did you send it? I have a blank check with me here at the ranch and can take it to town and put in the mail in the morning. I do not know where the musty smell came from and do apologize for it. Previous guests had been gone for two days and our housekeeping crew usually does a great job. I arrived last Wednesday and stayed thru yesterday and it was great when I got there. I also reviewed the previous guests, and they did not notice a musty smell. I wish that I had looked better to find a source when I was there. I have contacted our housekeeper and she is going to check before every gust group arrives from now on.

We loved it! It is fully equipped with everything you may need. The large deck and hot tub were amazing. We fed wild horses, deer and had a bunny visit. Highly recommend. We will stay there again.

This is just what my wife and I needed. The house was clean and neat and accommodating. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds, the hummingbirds especially. We saw lots of deer and other wildlife. The King size bed was very comfortable. We only used the hot tub once but it was very relaxing. Communication with the host was great. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

Everything you need and want in a rental!!! Wildlife, super clean home well stocked and organized!!! Comfy and welcoming, we had our best stay yet in Ruidoso here!!! We had a great stay. Very beautiful surroundings, got to hand feed the deer and took advantage of the hot tub and under the starry skies. We so appreciate guests that enjoy what we enjoy. So glad the deer obliged by eating out of your hand. The horses would have as wee should they have come by. We occasionally have elk but they keep their distance. I love to cook so we try to keep our kitchen supplied.
