This renovated apartment is the perfect spot to spend your trip to Folly Beach. It is suited for up to 6 guests. It includes 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The floor-plan layout is open and the living space and kitchen flow together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including stainless steel appliances. There is also a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and closets with plenty of storage.

Very clean, great location. Was just as pictured and described. Great location for beach access. 3/4 mi walk to Folly Beach Restaurants, bars, pier and shops.
Quick trip to Charleston and Folly area. Location is great, easy drive in to Charleston and great location in Folly, just a quick walk and you're at the beach. Accomodations were great - bedrooms were nice size for family of 4 and furnishings were fine. Our family would stay here again and no reservations about the property. Check in and communication were easy.

We enjoyed our trip so much! As a Mom traveling solo with three kids- this was the perfect spot! Very close to the beach with two access spots. One very close with stairs and one pretty close wagon accessible. Very close to the pier - restaurants - and shops! The people traveling and local were very friendly!
We had a great stay and the place was clean, comfortable, and great location near to town and the beach. It lacked some basics, like clothing storage, basic kitchen needs like salt/pepper/oil but we made do and had a great time.
we booked this vrbo somewhat last minute for our baby shower weekend. we booked it for the location and because of it being pet friendly. it was very cleanly on arrival, and the hosts communicated well the entire time. we enjoyed our weekend here! we would definitely rebook this house for future trips.
Very clean. Each bedroom has a king bed. Unit has everything - we just walked in with suitcases. Short walk to the restaurant/bar area of Folly Beach and an even shorter walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay again only longer next time.
The unit was so clean and furnished with good taste. Plenty of towels and blankets were made available. Kitchen supplies were complete. So nice to have a washer and dryer. Close, but not too close, to Center Street with fantastic beach access closer.

We enjoyed our stay overall — I stay around the Folly Beach area regularly and you are very close to a public beach access path and the main road where food options are. It is relatively easy to walk around and to get in and out via car as well. The backyard area is nice for a bathroom break for dogs, but there is an aggressive dog in the neighbor’s yard. The bed is firm but comfortable enough for a few nights stay and the water pressure and water heater were good. We didn’t have any issues with running out of hot water, and noise from the rental you share a wall with was minimal. I would consider staying again for the convenience of the location and the aesthetics of the accommodation.
The place was perfect for what we needed - really close to the beach. The space was really clean. We had shower toiletries, towels, coffee and dishwashing items all there when we arrived. We enjoyed the comfy couches and the pullout sofa. Checking out at 11am was amazing! We are used to a long list of checkout items to do before leaving and this property had very little, which was so nice! Definitely recommend this place for a quick trip!
