Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Nicely stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries etc. which was very helpful. And basic kitchen supplies are available. So convenient having a washer and dryer in unit after a day at the beach. Unit could have been cleaner and needs a little TLC but overall good stay.

Great Location A Couple Blocks to the Beach

Stayed 5 nights, great location a couple blocks walk to the beach and .5 mile walk into downtown Folly Beach. Great size house for 4 people. Would stay again.

Great property. Spacious for being a 2 bed 1 bath. Nice separate foyer area. Had beach chairs and towels as well. Only thing I’d say is since it’s dog friendly property by the beach, I wish there was a vacuum to help clean up in between , especially if it’s a longer stay. Smelled & felt clean upon arrival. Very convenient that it’s right by the dog park & playground and a quick walk to the beach! Would stay here again!

Great stay in Folly

Quick trip to Charleston and Folly area. Location is great, easy drive in to Charleston and great location in Folly, just a quick walk and you're at the beach. Accomodations were great - bedrooms were nice size for family of 4 and furnishings were fine. Our family would stay here again and no reservations about the property. Check in and communication were easy.

Super basic but nice, easy, convenient

We had a great stay and the place was clean, comfortable, and great location near to town and the beach. It lacked some basics, like clothing storage, basic kitchen needs like salt/pepper/oil but we made do and had a great time.

Great location and very clean property. Easy access to the beach and a well stocked kitchen. The only things preventing a 5 star rating for me, were small but noticeable.2 out of the 5 kitchen table chairs were broken and not usable, The living room sofas were not very comfortable to sit on. We also had to wash the towels because they smelled of moth balls. Fortunately, they did provide plenty of laundry pods. It was great to also have beach towels supplied. The area was very quiet. The other side of the duplex is also a vacation rental. We were fortunate to have a nice quiet couple in the other side during our stay.

We enjoyed our trip so much! As a Mom traveling solo with three kids- this was the perfect spot! Very close to the beach with two access spots. One very close with stairs and one pretty close wagon accessible. Very close to the pier - restaurants - and shops! The people traveling and local were very friendly!

It was convenient to the beach and near by shops and food. Considering the booking time frame, it worked out for us. The house and furniture apper to be a little older but it was fine for what we needed it for. The WiFi was spotty but the host gave us a secondary option that was fine. There wasn't any dressers to lay your things on but there was closet space if you bring hangers to hang things up. Overall we had a good stay. Thank you!

Folly getaway

we booked this vrbo somewhat last minute for our baby shower weekend. we booked it for the location and because of it being pet friendly. it was very cleanly on arrival, and the hosts communicated well the entire time. we enjoyed our weekend here! we would definitely rebook this house for future trips.

Great place for a quick getaway!

The place was perfect for what we needed - really close to the beach. The space was really clean. We had shower toiletries, towels, coffee and dishwashing items all there when we arrived. We enjoyed the comfy couches and the pullout sofa. Checking out at 11am was amazing! We are used to a long list of checkout items to do before leaving and this property had very little, which was so nice! Definitely recommend this place for a quick trip!
