Beautiful classic cape house with back deck overlooking a quintessential Cape Cod cranberry bog. The house has been recently renovated with a modern but cozy beach feel. House includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, huge back deck, new kitchen, outdoor shower, fire pit and four living spaces. Approximately 3200 square feet. House has direct walking or biking beach access to Ridgevale beach, which is about one mile away via a walking/biking path. A short drive to Ridgevale and several other beaches. Downtown Chatham a short few minutes drive away. House is within walking distance of several restaurants and stores.
