House includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, huge back deck, new kitchen, outdoor shower, fire pit and four living spaces. Approximately 3200 square feet. House has direct walking or biking beach access to Ridgevale beach, which is about one mile away via a walking/biking path. A short drive to Ridgevale, Harding and several other beaches. Downtown Chatham a short few minutes drive away. House is within walking distance of several great casual restaurants/shops including Hey Joe Coffee House, Kreme & Cone, Dog Fish Tacos & Cantina, Mom & Pop Burgers, Marion's Pie Shop, Larry's PX, and Sweet Dreams Ice Cream & Candy Shop to name a few.
