Our Home Away from Home! We had a wonderful stay at Salt Marsh Cottage! It truly felt like our home away from home during our time in Hilton Head. The cottage was well stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Our host was terrific! welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We loved having such a comfortable home base while exploring and enjoying the Lowcountry. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay, the neighborhood has amazing facilities, location is great close to shopping, boat ramps, Hilton head island and beach access. The views from the porch, living area and kitchen are beautiful. Watching the birds, the tide flow and the sunset has been such a treat. I will be coming back here to enjoy everything this home away from home has to offer.

Beautiful property, great location

This is a great property with a beautiful view in Moss Creek. The cottage is newly renovated and very comfortable for an extended stay. Check in-out process was easy. The owner was responsive to questions and owner kept us updated with community information on tropical storm Debbie. Overall a great stay!

Cottage With A Great View

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The view changes every day due to the changing tide. It is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The Clubhouse is a short walk and is an added bonus. We will be back.

Bob and his wife have a wonderful cottage in an ideal location. It is walking distance to the clubhouse, raquet center, golf, the nature trail and a 20 minute walk to the fitness center. The cottage is in great condition and fully updated. The bed is comfortable, there were plenty of towels, sheets, cooking utensils, pans and everything you could possibly need. Bob is a very responsive host: The Keurig machine stopped working and he ordered a new one immediately and had it delivered. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

Moss Creek

The property is beautifully positioned on the Moss Creek marsh. Renters are able to enjoy the tide waters and wildlife from the veranda or living room. The home is equipped with all necessities for a comfortable stay. The property is only a short drive to Hilton Head and is well located for access to all the Bluffton has to offer, including shopping and restaurants. The home is equipped with several amazon devices, which we unplugged with the consent of the owner. I would definitely consider this property as a future rental.

Amazing peaceful getaway

I can’t say enough good things about this property or it’s host. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The owners have wonderful taste - high end finishes blended with comfortable furnishing, and everything is brand new. It feels luxurious and cosy all at the same time. I loved turning on the fireplace and enjoying the sunset at the end of each day - the marsh views are stunning. The location is serene and quiet but within easy walking distance of all the amenities the community has to offer. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. The host made sure I had everything I needed and even left a lovely bottle of wine to welcome me. Communication was superb and the house was fully stocked with everything I needed for my extended stay. I honestly did not want to leave and can’t wait to visit again. I am an avid traveler who has rented many homes - this one is truly special. If I could give 6 stars, I would!!
