We are taking this opportunity to response to Michael's review. The guests were difficult to deal with, we did everything possible to accomodate their requests and any issues that arises immediately. There was a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, they asked for a broom and mop which we brought over the next day. They complain of dampness, we have two airconditioning units at the apartment and having them on would remove any dampness. We live on an Island and dampness at certain time of the year is a daily occurrance hence the air conditioning units. One day nature had its way and we had very very heavy rain fall and water did make it way in, we came with towels and cleaned up and had a plumber came out the next day to check for cracks for outside wall. We have had many more rain falls and happy to say no more leaks. On our listing we do state that there are other units upstairs and foot steps may be heard. The rate was set based on availabilty and market demands, they knew what the rate was before making the booking. Afer all that we did they were still unhappy so we offered them other units that we had and also let them find other accomodation and we would refund the unused nights. They refused that offer also. There was not much we could do after that. Unfortunately we will encounter this type of guests and all we could do is try to work with them as best as we can.
